the following is quoted from the acceptance speech when leehom awarded by the best male vocalist in the year 2006. his attitude makes me "re-evaluate" myself...
1) Never believe someone who tries to tell you you can't do something.

after i bought leehom's heroes of earth dvd, i know this is a asian-tour concert which will be held in different asian countries and hk is one of the station. then, i told myself i need to see it! next day, mabel called me and said her friends has 2 tickets and asked me if i wish to go! of course, i did! what a coincident! anyway, i went to the concenrt with nicole on aug 26 sat. i asked nicole to go with me is because i know she loves him so much! leehom is still amazing and impressive. rundown is more or less the same. however i prefer the taiwan one though. i don't know, may be becaues of the venue. this hunghom stadium is kind of boring me already! but leehom's performance is still great! he also invites jacky cheung to be his guest. it's such a long time that i didn't see his live performance. his vocal is still very attractive. by the way, i have searched leehom's news from internet in these couple of days and it brings back a lot of memories to me. the first album i bought of leehom is "impossible to miss you". it's 10 years already and i was just graduated from the uni at that time! i was kind of freak out... it's 10 year!!! what have i done in these 10 years?! oh my god!!! what about my 10 years?! i'm just not dare enough to think about it further...

i'm so tired... the workload is really driving me crazy...
anyway, i've bought a leehom's concert dvd during lunch time today and watching it right now. leehom is really talented!! he can play piano, violin, guitar (perhaps more) and his vocal no matter rap, soul is also impressive as well!! although he is a songwriter singer, you won't feel any difficulty or embarrassment when he dances. his variations in performance are really difficult to see from other artists nowadays. he always mix those "chinese" element into his songs & performance. this kind of mix & match is really interesting! this 2 dvd with 2 cd only cost hkd 158. worth to keep!

i had a dinner last night in one of my high school friend's home. it's kind of house warming party, i think. pretty surprise that she can cook a meal for not only 2 but also for more than 10 persons. unbelivable, right? anyway, really thanks for her invitation. foods are nice and tasty. also, it's always good to see old friends. of course, i can't chat with everyone in depth, but it still good to see them. most of them are married, pregnant and even have a kid already. it's kind of strange! can't believe we step into our mid-age life already! they are still my frog, mushroom ... those noisy and lovely schoolmates in my mind! anyway, wish all of them happy forever!
